is infinitely more than your "Zodiac Sign"! Is it true ? Does astrology reveals your personal traits and the potential outcome
of your choices? Find out for yourself !
According to science,
it is obvious that you are one with all of the stars, planets, people and matter of the universe. Though you may now accept
that you are one with all that is, you are a unique individual. There is nobody like YOU.
The timing, day
of the week and the location you chose for your birth at this time will show you your personal traits and potentials having
to do with your choices up until now and also gives an afterglow portrait of your past lives on earth as well as your sojourns
between these lives.
Most people are familiar with their Sun sign.
We can answer the question, "What's your sign?..."
scorpio.....It is the reference point that is employed when we read newspaper and magazine horoscopes... But how can an influence
that applies to hundreds of millions of people, all born in the same monthly period, year after year in any location, reveal
anything to you personally? And what about the nine other heavenly bodies, what is their influence in our lives?
These planets were
also in a particular region in the heavens in relation to a particular sign of the zodiac when you were born. They were in
a particular aspect to the rotation of the earth and therefore in individual houses affecting your life. The aspects of these
planets in position to each other adds deeper significance in all of this. Add this all together and Astrology really seems
to begin to come alive for each individual.
Your birth chart
is a portrait of your soul's intention for this lifetime, the lessons to be learned, qualities to develop, problems to be
resolved, service to be rendered. From that perspective, the choices one makes in one's daily life have reverberations that
may last beyond even this lifetime. Even as your past choices are reflected in your present life...
In the ancient
world it was very common to see correspondence between celestial movements and happenings here on earth. That belief persists
right up to our day. According to recent polls, around one third of people "believe" in astrology. Perhaps some of you are
among that number.
Let me say that
astrology is not the worst thing to believe in. I will make a confession. At one desperate time, I read the newspaper horoscopes
to find some clue about the future of a certain girl and myself. I did find the hopeful signs I was seeking, but I would have
used my time much better by attempting to talk directly with her....
Still I do have
sympathy for those souls who consult horoscopes, psychics, palm readers and so on. Do we really need to know our future? I
ask you to place it at the feet of Jesus. You do not need it. He will guide you. He is your future.
In the past you
attempted to embrace both Christianity and astrology. Jesus does not condemn you, but he now asks you to make a choice between
him and your horoscope. The two cannot go together. Jesus makes it clear in catechism: "All forms of divination are to be
rejected: recourse to Satan or demons, conjuring up the dead or other practices falsely supposed to 'unveil' the future.[Cf.
Deut ; Jer 29:8]
Astrology, palm reading, interpretation of omens, etc, and recourse to mediums, all conceal a desire for power over time,
history, and, in the last analysis, other human beings, as well as a wish to conciliate hidden powers. They contradict the
honor, respect, and loving fear that we owe to God alone. If you have fallen into one of those practices, do not despair.
Revert to your senses. Do homage to Jesus alone. Let him be the guiding star of your life.
an esoteric point of view, your birth chart is a portrait of your soul's intention for this lifetime. From that perspective,
the choices one makes in one's daily life have aftershocks that may last beyond even this lifetime.
is no better person than YOU yourself to illuminate your struggles, and encourage you to move in the direction of your true
purposes. Don't curse the day you were born. Respect your inner guidance through WORSHIP and meditation. Most importantly
though, respect your free will and the will of God !
You alone must know and choose what really is best for you !
